Bio:
I am a Children's & Teens' Librarian, so I am always looking for good storytime-type books and books on the library profession. I collect Snoopy and other Peanuts items--I would love to have some of the Peanuts books in other languages or in editions from countries other than the USA.

My stepdaughter, who was diagnosed with "locked-in syndrome" after her car accident, was in the ICU for nearly a year, and is now being cared for at her mother’s home where she has around-the-clock nurses. She is making some improvement and can communicate a little bit with the use of special computer. With her being 70 miles away from us now, I am back on my regular mailing schedule for the most part, with only occasional delays of no more than a few days. Thank you all for your understanding and your kind notes over the past year and a half!

Update May 2009--She is back home after a few weeks in the ICU again. Thanks again to the patient ones, and I am now back on track for mailing purposes!
